tun mahathir has make statement that richest muslim country to pay zakat to poor muslim country..and to me this is the brilliant statement and idea
arab country mostly are the richest country and they ruled by sultan thats mean they are monarky country which all the richest from the oil going to they ruler pocket..this is unfair when they become arogant, greedy and forgot themselves
they use to spend all the money to buy luxury car,invest in property but mostly in the western country they saving their money in the western bank like swiss bank for their own sake..chronisme is a culture to them they spend money for nothing rather than they helping others poor country muslim...what the waste
