this words is common in malaysia...when others races convert their original religion to islam..but they are wrong about this thing..melayu is a race not a religion..when u convert into islam u are still what u are i mean if u are chinese u are still chinese if u are indian u are still indian the diferent is just ur religion not a race u can still speak your native language wore ur tradisional dress as long not beyond our islamic rule eventhough u can still use your original name as long the meaning of ur original name is good.
u can still use chopstick..and whatever your native culture as long is not againts islam rule and law i hope this thing is not to be missunderstand..islam is the way of our life and islam is beautiful just try to study and learn islam and u will find the truth..insyallah
